Shipping and Postage
From the moment you pay for your online purchase, you are entering into an off-premises sales contract, i.e. a distance contract, so you must read and agree to our Conditions of Purchase. After making your purchase, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (Order Confirmation). Subsequently, as soon as we have dispatched your order, you will again receive an email (Dispatch Confirmation) and the electronic receipt will be attached. Finally, you will receive an email confirming delivery.
We will endeavour to provide a fast service, but please note that delays may occur for any of the following reasons:
– Circumstances not previously foreseen;
– Problems with delivery.

Shipping prices
Postage is added at the end of checkout, according to the weight of the parcel.
Standard delivery
The delivery time for our products varies between 3 and 7 working days.
Express delivery
Receive our orders in 2 to 4 working days by selecting express delivery.
If the estimated delivery date has been exceeded, wait a few days and if the situation remains, check in the customer area that the delivery information is correct; check your email inbox and make sure you haven’t received anything; if you haven’t detected any abnormalities, send us an email and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
In the case of international deliveries, please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services.
Once your parcel has left our premises, isara table cannot be held responsible for the loss, delay or theft of the parcel.
In the event that the parcel returns to our dispatch warehouse for any reason, the customer will have to pay the cost of re-shipment. These situations can occur if you do not correctly confirm the information you have provided.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order using:

When the customer finalises the order, they declare that the card used to pay for the order is legitimately theirs.
If payment is not authorised by the issuing authorities, isara table will not be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery, and no contract of any kind will be formalised with the customer.
Once you have paid for your order, you cannot cancel it.
Secure payment
To ensure that the purchases you make in our online shop are secure purchases, we have encrypted all the information between users and our online shop using the SSL certificate.
Exchanges and returns
Upon delivery of the order, when you receive the items you should check their condition and make sure that you have received all the quantities ordered.
Under current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to return the goods.
The period expires after 14 days from the day you physically receive the items.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be communicated to isara table in the form of an unequivocal declaration of will sent to the email address info@isaratable.com, acknowledging receipt within a period of no more than twenty-four hours.
The following information should be sent in the email:
– Order number;
– Items you wish to return;
– Reason for return and associated photograph.
To make a return, it must be ensured that:
– The parts show no signs of use;
– The items are in their original packaging and are not damaged;
– The items have all their original labels.
isara table will contact you as soon as possible to clarify the return procedure and how the refund will be made.
The return must be made within 30 days of sending us the request to return the items.

All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The shipping address will be provided by email when the claim is accepted.
If your parcel has been reported lost, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can lodge a complaint with the responsible carrier and provide a solution within 30 days.
